Versa battery ran out, charged it but it wont turn on

My Versa battery ran out.  I charged it overnight, but it won't turn on now.  Anyone have a similar problem and knows a solution?  Thanks,

@mindset50, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on or take a charge.

I would like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Mine is doing the same thing. It does not vibrate when I put it on the charging base.

Thanks for getting back to me. I followed the turning off and on
instructions and that got it working. Thanks so much for your help. Walt

I just turned my devise off and on and it is now working. I pushed and
held the button on left and bottom button at the same time. Fitbit logo
came on and when I put it in the charger it started charging. Hopefully
this works. mindset50
