Versa battery short life

I was given a Fitbit Versa 2 for Christmas. The battery apparently charges to 100% but has drained to 5% after 4.5 hours. Any advice?

Hello @Christopher_G_W and welcome to the Help forums.  I think you should contact Support directly for more help.  Your device might have a defective battery.
