Hello, I had my Versa for nearly a year and had been enjoying it a great deal. It was working fine up till the last week - first it started turning off all of a sudden with its battery still having the power. It dies without the usual warning of the battery running out though it was fully charged the day before. Then the screen started acting weird - like someone else than me was pressing the buttons and scrolling through the menu, pressing and even deleting notifications. I could just watch it go weird, the screen was not responsive. It was hard to restart it too, then I did it, it seemed to have helped. But last night my Versa turned off all of a sudden with no warning (I found our a black unresponsive screen first thing in the morning) and now it won’t turn on at all. I put it to charge but the screen doesn’t show anything. The app says it’s synced and charged 100% but my Versa seems to be dead. I guess I should apply for a replacement watch? How long isn’t the Fitbit warranty? Any other advice?
Thank you a lot. 🙂

That is exactly what is happening with mine at this current moment! I’m trying to contact Fitbit Support’s live chat so I can get some help.

Mine has done exactly the same thing and I’m not sure how long the guarantee lasts or who to contact
