Versa battery will not last a day

All of the sudden my Fitbit Versa will not even last a day on a charge.  I've read some of the suggestions and tried, turning off all day sync, enabled manual screen wake, charged overnight on my computer, cleaned the charging contacts and I still can't get a day out of it.  Any other suggestions? It was working great and this just started happening.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Brownie56.

I am sorry to hear your Fitbit Versa will not last a day on a charge. Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts. I would like to confirm if you've tried the following:

  1. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
  2. Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Some users reported that they resolved the issue by letting the watch die completely while using it, then charge for several hours from a completely dead battery.

For additional tips to prevent battery drain, please see this help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.

Thanks for all the suggestions.  I have tried all of them and still have no luck in getting a full day out of my Versa.  Is it typical that the batteries do not last more than a couple of years?  Can the battery be replaced?
