Versa issues: Battery won't charge, but FitBit mobile app says the Versa is syncing and charged, 100% --the app says one thing and the Versa device another. My Versa will barely turn on and when it does, it quickly displays it's at 0%. I've tried everything to charge it: plugging the charging cradle into different ports and plugs, I've cleaned my Versa and its cradle, I've even used my spare charging cradle. It's very hard to describe the issue, but it just started in the past couple of days.
I will say, a couple of days ago, when I opened my FitBit mobile app, it displayed a screen saying something about earning a Minion badge? and then it froze up the app until I guess I restarted my mobile. What the heck?

Thanks for the details provided in your post about your Versa. I understand where your concern is coming from. I appreciate the time you took to troubleshoot the issue with your Fitbit before posting here. It might be that the Fitbit app is not connecting successfully and only shows the information from the last synchronization.
You did a great job restarting the Fitbit app when you noticed it froze up. If you don't like the new Minion badges, you can vote for this suggestion: Option to toggle Minions badges off/on.
