Versa battery won't charge

I just got my versa a week or two ago, the battery ran out during a 12 hour work shift, so I popped it on the charger when I got home (it had been working perfectly before this).  Screen has not woken up since.  That was days ago now. Its like its just dead.  I have plugged the charger in to multiple places, my phone is charging beautifully from the same sources.  Who do I call/where do I send my Versa to get a replacement?

I got my husband a Versa Lite for Christmas.  It was dead on arrival, so he plugged it in and it wouldn't charge.  He contacted Fitbit and they sent him a replacement.  Great, it was fully charged and he wore it for 5 days.  Today the battery died so he put it on the charger and NOTHING.  It's the charger, I'm sure.  The Fitbit worked perfectly for him all week at work, but he can't charge it no matter where he plugs it in.  I'm giving it 30 more minutes then I guess I'll have to call customer service.  So disappointed.  I've used Fitbit for years and never had any issues until now.

Wish I knew about this with my other versa instead of wasting the money for a second one! I had the same issue with both, found this when it happened to my second one, and it worked like a charm after!

My Versa is brand new and came fully charged.  It’s my second one.  I love it.  But...I’ve tried everything on the forums, even bought a new Fitbit brand charger.  No luck.  I can’t restart it because once the “0%” shows, it goes off right away.  Any help you can give will surely be appreciated.  Thanks!

As daft as it sounds let it die completely on 0% - so completely black screen. Then reset holding all 3 button until logo shows. Then try the charge. I also cleaned the charger points lightly with a toothbrush and wiped the back of my fitbit with a damp cloth and wiped dry. Hope this works

Thank you! But what bothers me is it’s brand new. And zero power. Thank
you!!!

Did you try to press down on all three buttons until it starts up again?
Then it should charge up.

Mine is roughly 13 months old, I would probably send it back if its new. Hope this helps

It took mine about 10 seconds of holding all three buttons down. I was afraid it would completely reset and go back to the original settings, but it did not.

Thanks so much, I was about to give up before I saw this.

Yes. It fixed the problem. I have had Versa for a year. First time I didn't charge it after low battery warning.

Hi !! Thanks but I’ve tried everything under the sun :sun: to get my Versa to
charge. And I’ve only had it since Christmas. It’s my third Fitbit I’ve
owned. Yikes! Thank you for your input.

I just did this and held them all together for like 10 seconds and the little Fitbit logo appeared!
