I just got my versa a week or two ago, the battery ran out during a 12 hour work shift, so I popped it on the charger when I got home (it had been working perfectly before this). Screen has not woken up since. That was days ago now. Its like its just dead. I have plugged the charger in to multiple places, my phone is charging beautifully from the same sources. Who do I call/where do I send my Versa to get a replacement?

For mine, the only detail left out was that the screen might rotate through the Fitbit logo and your clock face a few times before charging regularly.
Been fighting with my Versa all night and finally found a comment that works for me!!

My Fitbit just died one day so I thought it was the charger. I bought a new charger and it still won’t charge or turn on. I’ve tried holding down all the buttons for several minutes to see if I could get it to wake up but nothing is happening.
I bought it in January so I’ve only used it for about five weeks

Thanks much for the button hold down info for the nocharge issue. This works although the Fitbit blue logo left the face while charging. Hopefully, it will charge.

😢😢 This is the second charger I purchase and it still doesn’t work. Press down on button mine only has 1 button it’s a versa 2 and shows a battery picture with a explanation point..

Hi ElyMNMik,
Thanks for your response, I also have the original Fitbit Versa with one
button on the left side and two buttons on the right hand side. And I was
able to bring it back to life after just long press holding on the three
buttons all at the same time for about 10- 15 seconds.
For the Versa 2 I am not also sure of what the fix may be but i suggest a
long press hold on the single button for at least 30 seconds.

My Versa 1 stopped swiping then after a charge overnight still wasnt swiping. Reset by pushing buttons and by 5pm the next day it has completely died. Wont charge and wont even acknowledge the button press. Any ideas? Its 15 months old.
