Versa battery won't charge

I just got my versa a week or two ago, the battery ran out during a 12 hour work shift, so I popped it on the charger when I got home (it had been working perfectly before this).  Screen has not woken up since.  That was days ago now. Its like its just dead.  I have plugged the charger in to multiple places, my phone is charging beautifully from the same sources.  Who do I call/where do I send my Versa to get a replacement?

That doesn’t seem right for a one-month new Versa. It would still be under
warranty. Contact Versa for their input.

My Versa was from QVC as well. Less than a month after having it. The
chargers early on were just bad. I too bought the two-pack of chargers
from Amazon and haven't had a problem since. The new chargers also charged
up my original versa so if you get a replacement, do not toss out your
original.

Contact Fitbit customer service, they will replace even if bought through
3rd party seller such as QVC

I was trying everything to get my Versa to charge today, and was preparing to order another charger. Then tried cleaning the back of the watch where the connector squares are with a bit of rubbing alcohol, and when I replaced it in the charging cradle, it began working again.

I was having problems with my Versa. Didn’t realize that it was completely drained and when I went to charge, nothing happened. I tried your suggestion and it worked. Thank you!

I did notice though that it charged to 100% within 30-45 minutes. Is this normal after resetting the watch like this?

Also, just wondering, what would have caused the Versa to not charge as it should and then react the way it did after resetting?

Glad it worked for you, mine charges pretty quick too. Not sure why this happens just suggest charging before it dies.

Thank you for your suggestion! I’ll definitely be more mindful next time about not letting it drain to 0%. Hopefully the watch doesn’t discharge as quickly as it charged. Will be keeping a close eye on it, fingers crossed! Thanks again!
