Versa battery won't charge

I just got my versa a week or two ago, the battery ran out during a 12 hour work shift, so I popped it on the charger when I got home (it had been working perfectly before this).  Screen has not woken up since.  That was days ago now. Its like its just dead.  I have plugged the charger in to multiple places, my phone is charging beautifully from the same sources.  Who do I call/where do I send my Versa to get a replacement?

The 3 button trick won't work for me. It just keeps showing 0% on the screen. I have tried charging from multiple locations

Thank you AustinFarus25.  I was having the same issue, and tried the same (reasonable)  things to get the charger working.   I then did add you suggested and held all buttons down until I saw... something (0% in my case).  I then put it back into the charger and, waited.   Waited and waited and started thinking it wouldn't work.   I even went to look online for a new charger.   And then,  boom, the Fitbit logo appears on my watch face.   It is still charging now.  Thank you for your suggestion.   And I would say to others just one additional thing:   hold fior the % on the face, then charge and wait wait wait.  Patience should pay off (I waited for about 5 minutes.   Good luck everyone.

This isnt the problem for me. I have put my versa to charge yesterday. Was still charging 10 hours later, so I took it out. Cleaned both censors, changed sockets. Every time I remove it from the charger it says 0% battery. Is it the charger's fault or the watch's?

I tried buying a new charger and 24 hours later still said 0%. Mine was supposedly new, so I returned to to the company (bought on amazon) and got a refund.

I'm convinced it is the chargers. I ordered a 2 pack of off brand from
Amazon and haven't had a problem with it since. The new chargers even
worked with my first Versa which I thought was dead.

Hi everyone! I'm sorry to hear that the troubleshooting steps that were  shred above, helped you to get battery issues fixed. Thank you for posting the updates here and don't hesitate to get back if any question arises or more assistance is needed.

For the people that are still experiencing the battery issue, I'd like to know if your watches vibrate when you put them on the charger.

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your Fitbit Versa for 2-3 hours and see if they come back to life.

Keep me posted!
