Versa battery won't charge

I just got my versa a week or two ago, the battery ran out during a 12 hour work shift, so I popped it on the charger when I got home (it had been working perfectly before this).  Screen has not woken up since.  That was days ago now. Its like its just dead.  I have plugged the charger in to multiple places, my phone is charging beautifully from the same sources.  Who do I call/where do I send my Versa to get a replacement?

My screen was totally black and no logo. Mine was replaced by Fitbit because of this.

This isn’t working for me either! I’ve tried it numerous times and my tracker is totally unresponsive!

This only seems to work when my Fitbit isn’t completely dead. When I hold them down now it just goes to the red 0% screen and still won’t charge. Any idea on what to do?

Only new suggestions I can think of are to try and find some who has the
Fitbit Versa and then switch charger and then phone to see which is
defective. Maybe a store has an open box (display model) and they will help
you test it. If that is not possible hopefully you are still under warranty
with Fitbit and demand a replacement.

Unfortunately, I don't. Mine also went black and is just showing that it is at 0%. Putting it on the charger does nothing. I gave up on this after about 2 weeks. At first I thought it was the outlet, but everything else I plug into that outlet works just fine. I even bought a second charger thinking it was an issue with the charger. I finally contacted fitbit and they will send a replacement or give me a discount for another product, but still! I just bought this versa, and am kind of hesitant in getting a new one because the other one might not work either.

Chances are it is your charger. Pins on my original charger were not
aligned properly. Fitbit sent me a replacement charger and all is well.
Since your purchase is recent, Fitbit should replace Versa if charger was
not the issue

@sbotto I appreciate you have joined the conversation and reported this situation. Tell me, have you tried to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen and tried to use a different USB port to plug in the charging cable? If you have, please let us know so we can check this further.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting for your reply.

I didn't order any new chargers from the web. Fitbit sent me a replacement
charger (free of charge).

Sorry,

These are the ones I ordered back in November. I have had no further
charging problems with the Versa using these chargers. Also nice to have a
spare. Good luck!

Not working for me

Same thing happened to me on my relatively new Versa. I finally had to
have it replaced and the replacement works fine. I concluded, the unit
itself was bad and could not be fixed by a user.

Fitbit sent me a new charger which works fine.

Did you try a new charger? I bought a two pack of off brand chargers from
Amazon for about $20 and Versa now charges fine.
