I just got my versa a week or two ago, the battery ran out during a 12 hour work shift, so I popped it on the charger when I got home (it had been working perfectly before this). Screen has not woken up since. That was days ago now. Its like its just dead. I have plugged the charger in to multiple places, my phone is charging beautifully from the same sources. Who do I call/where do I send my Versa to get a replacement?

I ran my fitbit dead and it will not take a charge, it gets very warm but will not turn on or take a charge. Any suggestions on how to get it going? I have tried to troubleshoot with holding buttons down and it does not help.

Did you email or call them? I’m having the exact same problem with my Versa 2 and switching chargers didn’t work for me. I’ve watched several videos trying to fix it and I think it might just be broken. If so, that’s really upsetting and I hope they can replace it.

I tried live chat and the person "Melissa" kept asking the same questions over and over. I explained the issue since the very beginning and still kept asking the same thing I had explained over and over. I bought the first versa on September of last year. It only had one year warranty and luckily my watch was still under warranty shy one month before it expired. They sent me a replacement and it only last me less than 3 months and now is totally dead. I bought a new charger thinking that was the issue, and my watch literally died on the charger. Now they are telling me that the replacement is not cover under warranty anymore. They offered me a 25% off on the purchase of any new fitbit. This is crazy!!! I called customer service and had to explain everything all over again. Finally got a hold of a supervisor and they offered me to send me a replacement. Let's see how that goes. Good luck to all those that already own a FitBit and to those that are looking for advise. DO NOT BOTHER buying a FitBit. It is not worth the frustration.

I had the same issue. It was working yesterday till the power run out. Left it Charing this morning. And it wasn’t charged. Tried the holding all 3 button method. The screen did light up. But still didn’t charge afterwards. 😞

I've decided I'm the definition of insane. I'm on my 4th Fitbit and I've had every power problem detailed in this very long set of posts and threads. Not charging, not charging but overheating when you attempt to charge. Best Buy no longer offers a warranty, smart of them. I've had a Versa 2 (number 4 in a long line) for 2 months, I took it off for a few days, it was dead and now won't charge. I'm getting a new charger but not holding out great hopes that will solve the problem. I've tried holding down all 3 buttons simultaneously, nothing. I'm guessing the only solution is hiring a new R&D design team!!!

Brand new versa 2 and charger but the same issue. The new charger is useless. How can these things be sold like this?
