Versa battery won't charge

I just got my versa a week or two ago, the battery ran out during a 12 hour work shift, so I popped it on the charger when I got home (it had been working perfectly before this).  Screen has not woken up since.  That was days ago now. Its like its just dead.  I have plugged the charger in to multiple places, my phone is charging beautifully from the same sources.  Who do I call/where do I send my Versa to get a replacement?

My Versa will not charge either. I've tried ALL suggestions. I was traveling and battery died. Surely, Fitbit must realize batteries are going to die sometime and design a device that is not so finicky. I found this device to be sub-par, poor design. I already had my Versa replaced because it continued to loose time. Customers should not have to spend so much time on purchases. I expect better quality and will not buy Fitbit again.

I have a Versa 2 which is as pathetic as all that came before it.  It only has 1 button.  Is there a fix for it when the battery is dead and won’t charge

Oh my god, thx so much! This worked perfectly and guess what, when the screen turned back on, the battery was at full charge, how about that. Fitbit should really fix their software.

It took me about 5-10 seconds and the logo finally popped on and I set my Versa on the charger and it started charging.

@AmyVersa - I have also tried the instructions in the "why isn't my battery charging" article and my watch is still dead. I have cleaned it and tried to reset it, but it does absolutely nothing. Could you please help?

Try this: Hold all 3 buttons at the same time until the logo appears and then set it on the charger

If your versa 2 has only one button hold that one until the logo appears let us know if it works
