Versa battery won't charge

so I've had my versa for atleast 2 years.. all of a sudden It will not charge. I've tried to reset it and also over bought 2 chargers for it..none of it has work 🤔

Thanks for the article.. I did do everything it said to do and it still wont turn on nor charge.. What can I do now?

Hi 

thank you for your support.. 

I have gone through all the trouble shooting actions and still nothing.. 

my Fitbit did go down to 0% and it has been on charge for over 30 mins or so 

but still no response from the screen or device.. and tried different USB ports and I am using the charging equipment it came with

is there anything else I can do?

I have also tried everything from cleaning the pins on the charger, the dots on the watch, and it still won't charge.  I even went and bought a new charger...still no charge.  I've tried to reset but when I hold down the buttons it only shows a 0% battery icon.

I have the same problem, my versa is completely off, it won't charge, I tried everything but it seems dead. How can it be? I bought it a year and a half ago, the shop where I purchased it closed and I don't accept that a $200 watch dies after so little wear. Is there anybody from fitbit willing to help me? Thank you
