I have had my Versa for 6 months. The charge doesn’t last a day. Does not keep track of my sleep, or my heart rate. It used to work? Can I get a exchange?

@Pjlady1206 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'll be happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since its battery won't last as long as it should and doesn't track your sleep properly.
Regarding your question, we don't have an exchange program. However, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article in order to fix these issues and if the issue persists after the troubleshooting steps are exhausted, we can review your case and proceed accordingly in order to provide a solution.
In addition, please restart your tracker as described in this help page. This will refresh your tracker internally. Once you've done this, monitor your Versa and see if the battery lasts longer and your sleep gets tracked properly.
