My fit bit Versa has gone dead to a black screen after Factory Reseting it, I’ve tried everything, I held the 3 buttons for well over 5 minutes, and nothing. I am nearly going to give up any help?

Hi @Mrsnortels There is nothing else you can do as far as I am aware. You outdoor contact Customer Support and see if they have any tricks, but I rather doubt it. I think it has died.

Often doing a factory reset destroys the watch.
Though to make sure check its charged properly then please restart it as described in this help article.
If that fails try Fitbit Support. They may be able to help you.
