My watch was working absolutely wonderful until about 3 days ago when it would randomly show a black screen instead of my clock/home screen. I changed the clock face to a picture of my choosing and since then when I try to turn the watch on to check my info, I get nothing but a black screen. The only time I can see something is when it is directly attached to the charger. I got it at Christmas time as a present and I would be devastated if I already needed to replace it.

@AJScoobyGirl14 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen went black. By the way, thank you for trying to change the clock face before contacting our forums.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. Once you've done this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if the display works as it should.
