Hi guys,
I've only had my fitbit for about 4 months and i last used it a week ago. Since then the battery has died but i have not been able to charge it despite cleaning the pins and the back of the watch, changing the charging cord and the powerpoints as well as the charging block to charge via USB - i bought it from JB hifi so was wondering if i should contact them for a replacement/refund or if fitbit was the right place to contact for a replacement watch/charger or both.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Same issue and I was offered a 25% discount to replace it, I loved the Versa hence the upgrade. My Fitbit blaze still works will use it however, seriously thinking about switching will miss the community but have to look for best value for my money even if it means paying more.
