I am in desperate need of some help, please. My fitbit won't charge. The screen is black. The green light on the back is off. I have tried pressing all buttons and nothing. The app on my phone says the battery level is zero. I tried to change the clock face but the app can't connect to my phone
.Can anyone help? I have tried cleaning the connections as shown by fitbit and nothing. Ive tried several different sources to charge the device. The fitbit is just a year old.

I’m having the same problem with my Versa. Worked for September of last year til just a couple weeks ago. At first the screen was going dark but it was still counting steps and would vibrate for notifications. Restarting it worked temporarily. Now nothing. Please help!

I called customer service, my warranty had expired a month before so there was nothing they could do to help me. they offered me 40% off a Fitbit charge, which I declined because I dont want a charge. they offered me 20% off of a new versa which I also declined because the shipping to Canada still made it more expensive than buying locally. I have replaced it with a versa lite since I wasnt using the extra features anyways that I bought locally not impressed with the customer service but my tracking is important to me and I dont like the other options better. I would try using a different charger if you can, it occured to me after I bought the new one that maybe the problem was the charger was broken?

I having some what of the same issue. My Versa screen has gone completely black. The light on the back of it is a steady red. The app shows my versa is fully charged and it even is tracking my steps and syncing to my phone. I just can't see the screen. I changed the clock face and that did nothing. I tried to reboot it and that does nothing. Any suggestions?

A friend of mine recently suggested going on Facebook and instant messaging Fitbit there and that seem to work. I got a fairly quick response. They originally offered me a 25% off then I complained and told them how disappointed I was that my Fitbit barely lasted a year and they offered me a new one doesn’t hurt to give it a try. Its unfortunate that their product doesn’t last longer I really like it but not worth the money for just one year
