Versa black screen

My screen is not working, everything else is like the vibrations and that little green light at the back. But the screen doesn’t do anything when I touch it or when I touch a button. Even when I charge it it doesn’t react does anybody know what to do?

they break at about 8 months.

Same here. 

I received the 2nd replacement last week and let’s see how long it will last! The first replacement only worked for over a month 😬

 

i do boxing workout and I sweat a lot. This will make the Fitbit wet. 

 

I think you’re right. The design is flawed. 

Customer Service is faultless though!

The best is to get the ionic, send this one back to your dealer and ask your money back.

Customer service was great. Got my new one and so far so good.... not quite 8 months yet though:) we will see. Good luck.

Do you have to supply them with proof of purchase for them to fix it? I don't have the paperwork, but bought it after the beginning of the year. 6months old & Having same problem.  So mad.

I just contacted them and they were able to look up everything concerning my fitbit. For me it was an easy transaction.

My Versa's screen kept turning off and on and draining the battery quickly. Then 3 days ago I started getting lines down the face and now completely black.  Can't turn on - off nothing.  Called customer service and of course I'm right past the warranty so they will give me a discount.  This is my 2nd Versa in one year and both have done the same thing.  Not very happy about this and why should I spend more money on another Versa that is going to do the same thing even though I love it when it's working!

I've had the same issue. It's been going on for a few days now. I've been in touch with Fitbit support, but they're not understanding my problems. I've tried everything I can think of and nothing fixes the issue.

Watch is only 6 moths old.   Tried reboot over and over.    Nothing happened.       Please help !!!!

Get in touch with Fitbit. They actually sent me a new one and it's working perfectly so far. I mean I may have to get a new one again in 6 months, but for now it's good. It took a few emails and bulls*** to get through, but within a week of my first complaint they sent a new one and I got it in less than 2 weeks.

This is the 2nd Fitbit versa I have the first one screen went blank and now in less than three weeks it's happening again I don't understand why this is happening.

I called fitbit support and they basically said I had to buy a new versa. I am disappointed because I use this everyday and it was totally fine on Saturday and then Sunday nothing. It is still vibrating to texts and my HR monitor is working. On my fitbit app the battery life is good as well . PLEASE HELP all of us

what about if you do the reset but the logo doesnt appear? It vibrates but the screen still doesn't show anything?

That's really odd considering they sent me a new one for free. Have you tried emailing them? I don't know why that would make a difference, but I emailed them, explained the situation, sent pictures and videos of it not working as well as me restarting it and they sent me a new one a few weeks later.
