Heartbroken! My versa screen has just stopped working. Like completely. Last night I lifted my wrist to check the time.... nothing! Pressed buttons put it on the charger to see if the battery had died even though I was pretty certain it's still had well over 50%... again, nothing! The green lights still flash in the back so I know it's 'on'.... I have tried to do a reset more times than I can count (hold down all 3 buttons for at least 10 to 12 seconds) and nothing happens. Still a blank screen. Sometimes it will vibrate a fue seconds latter. I slept with it on praying I would wake to it working. Nope. It did track my sleep but still a blank screen! Please tell me there is a fix I don't know about!

I think the battery is dead! Defective battery to quit only a month of usage

My battery seems to be working. The green lights for the heart rate on the back are still working. Even vibrates for calls and notifications. The alarm even went off this morning and when I tapped where I know it's supposed to shut it off it shut off.. so it appears to be the screen or even maybe just the backlight. It's still tracking my steps, heartrate and my sleep.
I contacted customer service and they were super efficient and helpful and after trying to do a soft and hard reset they have shipped out a brand new Versa to replace this one. I couldn't be happier with Fitbit and their customer support right now! I can continue to wear this one and track my activity I just have to refer to the app to see anything
