Versa m/n FB504 was working fine before a recent update and is still connected to my iphone through the app but its useless now. The screen is black and unresponsive and resets and restarts are not apparently working. The fitbit vibrates and occasionally I see the green lights in the back but it appears to be broken.

@Kuglere so tell me everything you have done so far to fix this issue other than post on this forum.

Versa was charged for over 3 hours, all three buttons held for over a
minute, back button and bottom button held for over a minute. Nothing has
caused the screen to light up however I did feel the vibration and saw the
green sensor flash once. --
Respectfully,

My Versa 2 was working fine until update. Then it went black and couldn’t even shutdown. My wife had same problem, caused when both our Versa 2 ran out of battery and after recharge no display. Had to get a replacement. It would be nice if Fitbit app had ability to reset the watch. This is a problem many Versa 2 owners are having.
I was loving my Versa 2 for all of 4 months, I hope they fix this. Otherwise waster of money, may have to go back to mist products which lasted me 5 years. This was a gift ...
do we have to do what apple phone users did, and file suit...
common on Fitbit, restore our confidence!!!

Well after searching the community feeds, decided to see if I could restart my versa 2, It had a black display but the green light was always blinking after recharging for 5 days. So just now I press the back button approx 5- 8 times rapidly and then noticed the green light went out. I then held the back button for 10 seconds and released as in the shut down procedure and my versa actually reset and the display came back and everything is syncing. Hopefully it will stay that way.. don't know if this will help anyone but it worked for me, go figure
