Versa blank screen and won't charge

My versa was charged and then overnight the screen became blank. In the morning, I attempted to change the clock face to a Fitbit display to reset it, in which the watch became completely unresponsive and no longer synced with the app. I then tried to reset the versa and the screen remained dark despite holding the buttons down for 10 seconds. At this point, the lights no longer worked underneath the watch and it appears completely dead. I tried to charge the watch more but it doesn’t seem to even charge (despite charging the night before). Thank you for any assistance to get these issues resolved 🙂

Hi there, @becca-nz. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not responding at all. I understand your concern, we're here to help you!

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they are now assisting you. My best advice is to keep the conversation with them, since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.

Thanks in advance!

I'm having the same issue with my Versa 2... It started showing incorrect times and then one morning it was dead after I had it charging overnight.  Won't turn on, reset or charge anymore?

I see they won't be making Fitbit products anymore so I'm not sure I want to invest in another one?  But I just want a simple fitness tracker and I like having all my history in one app (since 2016!). I had tried an Apple watch a few years ago before I bought my last Versa 2 but I didn't like it, too bulky and expensive and I just want the simplicity of a fitness tracker.
