Less than 2 years after my blaze died (after 2 years) my versa is now dying/dead. Started by going blank then clock/stats would reappear but the clock and stats paused at the time it stopped functioning at. I have factory reset my device via settings(wont do it anymore) button reset doesn't work. Icon appears occasionally when in the charger (it charges fully). Have tried deleting and reinstalling the app also, changing clock face nothing is working. For a device that has been cared for and never been immersed in water this is a 2nd device that has not met my expectations. Not really expecting much from Fitbit but here goes. If anyone can recommend a different brand, exercise and sleep are my main uses for my device I would like to hear from you.

So after numerous attempts (after my best nights sleep in years NOT RECORDED by my Versa) to factory reset, deleting and reinstalling the app, waiting ages for the app to connect to my network I finally got it back. I think it had something to do with attempting to change the clock so I am not touching it from now on. But really FB doing a factory reset should not be a lottery and an ordeal. Interesting to see will my versa actually get make it 2 years old. A week of hiking starting tomorrow will test it out....

Watch really has no idea what it's doing...showing 1% battery when it's full, displays data occasionally, goes blank, goes into the charger and then display returns several hours behind, records some steps then stops, doesn't record sleep. I think it's a piece if junk at this stage and its not repairable. Time to start looking for a new watch....NOT a Fitbit!
