Everything was fine until three days ago. Shortly after waking up I found the time on my Versa was off by about 30 minutes. Looking at my app I found that my watch hadn't synced with my app since 9pm the night before. After unsuccessfully trying to sync, I followed troubleshooting information from this site and removed and re-added the device. I was able to re-add and sync the device at 7:40am on Friday; that was the last time I was able to sync it. Within minutes I had noticed the time slip. Despite how many times i restart my phone or my watch it will not communicate. I attempted to re-add the watch on Saturday but now the app doesn't find the watch at all, so it cannot pair.
I have restarted my watch and phone many times, turned bluetooth off and on, unpaired my other bluetooth devices, phone and watch are charged at over 80%, this is the only fitbit product i have had. Looking at the bluetooth options my phone is seeing other bluetooth devices but not my watch.

I'm having the same issues...only I get the red circled X and a message saying "Data not cleared Sync & try again." Tried all the suggestions I could find on this message board and over the internet. Nothing works. Going to try calling tech support... never buying another Fitbit product....nothing but problems!
