For about 3 weeks my versa had had difficulty syncing with my phone. I tried every suggestion on the community help forums.
* restarting versa
*restarting phone and Bluetooth
*unpairing all devices from phone and reconnecting versa
*trying to sync from other phone
The only thing that worked was to delete the versa from the app and setting it up again from scratch. Data would be lost but it would sync.
Now since a couple of days the display is bugging with white stripes and wonky lighting. Also the battery lasts for no longer than a day at most.
What do I have to do to return the device and /or get a replacement?
My first versa was bought in July 2019. It was buggy and was replaced by fitbit in August 2019. So the device I have now is not even a year old. I live in Germany.

My original post is now 4 weeks old and still no answer. Fitbit, you need to get your customer support up to scratch, this is embarrassing!
The versa is now completely broken, it won't start, won't charge, won't do anything anymore.
I need a refund or a replacement.
