I am unable to turn up the brightness on my Fitbit Versa. It is that low I can't see the clock to swipe up and navigate. Only had it since last week and its been stuck like this for a few days, how annoying! Can anyone recommend anything? I've got it linked to my phone and I can't seem to work out a way to get the screen to show. Tried in diff kinds of light too.

In the Brightness setting, all I do is tap "Brightness" and it toggles through Max, Auto, Dim, then Normal. It goes through the options again when you keep tapping. Stop at the setting you want to have. I use Max.

Have you gone to Settings by swiping left and then set the brightness level?

It's great to see you around @lisaxander and @SunsetRunner thanks for stopping by.
As our friend recommended, you can change the brightness level on your Versa by swiping to the Settings app, scroll to brightness and adjust this by taping this option to the level you prefer. If you have checked this and keep having this issue, you can always restart your watch.
Let me know the outcome.

Good morning,
I'm having the same problem my screen is too light. I'm sure I've accidentally turned it down, but not sure how? When I go to settings my only chooses are Tips & Tricks and Inspirations. Neither of these seem to do anything. Am I under the wrong tab for settings?

Tapping on this does not work for me on my Versa. I can tap on other settings and change them, just not able to change brightness off of dim setting. I tried a restart and still stuck on dim. Any other options. Thanks.

My Brightness setting was dimmed out. I found I had "Sleep Mode" on.
When I turned off "Sleep Mode" I was able to change the brightness of the Versa screen.
I turned on a set schedule for sleep mode brightness that is separate from "Sleep Mode".
By turning on "Sleep Mode", that means "Sleep Mode" is always ON (and dim) until you turn "Sleep Mode" off.

Yes, that worked. I had inadvertantly selected sleep schedule when playing with settings. Unselected sleep schedule and brightness is back to normal.

Same thing happened to me! I just put a new band on and am sure did it by accident.
Amazing how annoying such a small thing is!

I go to Settings, Go to Brightness, then swipe to the left. It’s not working.
