I am unable to turn up the brightness on my Fitbit Versa. It is that low I can't see the clock to swipe up and navigate. Only had it since last week and its been stuck like this for a few days, how annoying! Can anyone recommend anything? I've got it linked to my phone and I can't seem to work out a way to get the screen to show. Tried in diff kinds of light too.

The Brightness setting on the Fitbit Versa watch is not settable.  It is stuck on DIM. Screen timeout and sleep mode are adjustable.  Do Not Disturb and Screen Wake are also not adjustable.  All other settings are adjustable.  What do I need to do so the Brightness Setting is adjustable.  The screen is too dim to view in daylight.

I’m having the same problem. I’ve had the Versa lite for 3 weeks and I swipe to settings and a the brightness stays on dim no matter how many times I tap

I tried going through settings, but the brightness option feels greyed out and won’t switch from dim.

Reset it to factory settings first, it’s what I had to do.

How do you do that? Don’t you loose your data?

There wasn’t any data, I was worried about losing, don’t think I lost any though.
You can find the steps to reset on google or YouTube

This happened to me too.  I finally found that I had turned sleep mode on.  Below screen time out is a sleep Mode option try turning it to off then checking to see if you can change the brightness level.
