I am unable to turn up the brightness on my Fitbit Versa. It is that low I can't see the clock to swipe up and navigate. Only had it since last week and its been stuck like this for a few days, how annoying! Can anyone recommend anything? I've got it linked to my phone and I can't seem to work out a way to get the screen to show. Tried in diff kinds of light too.

That did it. I turned off the sleep mode and was able to adjust the brightness. Thanks so much!

Thank you, I had the same problem and this fixed it.
Sleep mode also prevents the screen from being displayed when you flick your wrist and that was also annoying ( I thought wrongly that it had something to do with the battery being low), so thanks again!

Thank you so much this worked for me. The Versa was useless with it stuck on dim. I must have inadvertently put it in sleep mode.

I know "how" to change it, but on my watch it doesn't work. It's stuck on dim. I thought others may be having the same issue. I was wondering if there was something else I could try.

I had the same problem. The issue was my watch was stuck on sleep mode. I turned it off and was able to adjust the brightness.

I was having trouble with my Fitbit Versa not allowing me to adjust the brightness. When I went to settings, brightness was grayed-out so that I could not adjust it (other settings were like that, too). This is something that had just sprung up within the last week or so. I tried a hard reboot, but once powered up again nothing had changed. As I checked my Fitbit account on my phone today I noticed there was an update ready to be installed (I don't think I'd seen that recently). I installed the update, but the brightness problem was still there. I decided I'd try a reboot again. As I pressed the button for shutdown, "Quick Settings" popped up. I hit the brightness button... had to do that a couple times I think... it worked! I'm so glad to have my settings back and functional!

My brightness went dim and I didn't change it. I've gone to settings but it grayed out and won't let me change it. I've also restarted the fitbit and that didn't work either.
