I am unable to turn up the brightness on my Fitbit Versa. It is that low I can't see the clock to swipe up and navigate. Only had it since last week and its been stuck like this for a few days, how annoying! Can anyone recommend anything? I've got it linked to my phone and I can't seem to work out a way to get the screen to show. Tried in diff kinds of light too.

Once I restarted my fitbit it took a few minutes but then I was able to change the "dim". Try restarting your fitbit.

When I go to brightness in the settings it is set to Dim and doesn’t allow me to access other brightness settings. Any other tricks to allow me to access?

YES! Someone was kind enough (not from fitbit) to explain. There is a
sleep setting. If you switch that off, you can control the brightness!
Good luck!

1. "Brightness" choice in watch "Settings" too dim or,
2. Turn off "Sleep Mode".

Try turning off the sleep mode on the drop down screen from your main watch screen.
1. Swipe down from your main watch screen to access 'quick settings'.
2. Press the slider switches icon, top right,
3. of the four icons, press the crescent moon/sleep mode icon, top right, to toggle on/off.
This is a seperate setting and overrides the 'dim settings' in the watches main settings page referenced above.
Namaste 🙏

Unfortunately, the Brightness selection is disabled (dimmed) and stuck on "Dim" such that I am unable to change it. The bottom line is that my Versa readings are so dim that I cannot read it. I understand that we need to conserve power so that the battery life can be extended. Unfortunately I cannot trade off inability to read the versa for battery life. If I cannot read the display of the Versa then there is no point wearing it. Therefore I am willing to sacrifice some battery life in exchange for being able to see the readings. How do I enable Brightness?
