I've had my FitBit Versa for about two weeks. Tonight after a swim it suddenly it started vibrating at random intervals and not responding to buttons. I held the left and lower right buttons to reset it, and I did this twice, but it's still acting up. Truly, it's acting like it can't recognize its buttons, as if it's waterlogged. But that's not supposed to be possible.

Hi @jsharpminor No it shouldnt happen, but the odd one lets water in. I have been using mine in the pool for months now and it is still fine, so just an isolated problem. Either return it to the store you bought it, or if you bought it from the Fitbit Online Store, contact support (link in my signature).

Yeah, it's started calling me attention back to it. The screen is flickering on and off at random, and the "Tap to unlock" screen keeps showing up. I turned off NFC in my phone, just in case that was the problem, but my Fitbit is still going crazy. I think it's time to contact support. Thanks for the link.
