Hey people, how accurate is your fitbit to your daily energy expenditure. I've done roughly 12 heavy weight training sessions to build muscle and my tdee has sky rocketed from roughly 2100 cals a day to 2600-3200 in one month. Most of the time I remove it early in the evening but the last 5 days I didn't to see if I had any changes.
I'm over the moon but unsure if this is accurate. I'm using the fitbit versa atm. Thanks in advance 🧡
