@Gogybear007 It all comes down to heart rate measurement accuracy. Personally Fitbit devices are spot on for me. Even if compared to a chest strap. So, I would trust Fitbit estimations.

My active minutes are always over 100 in a day and I’m only seeing 16 to 1800 cal burned. This makes no sense to me I’m lifting weights and doing cardio at least a half an hour of cardio and more than an hour of weights and not light weight heavyweights

@Yisoto Per exercise or total calorie burn a day? It really depends on your heart rate. Can you attach some screenshots of the heart rate recordings for these workouts? Take a look at one of my cardio workouts. This earns me 700 kcal. Of course, it will also depends on your body composition. If you're lightweight you will burn way less calories than a heavier person.

@Yisoto I meant the heart rate recorded during exercise. Screenshot like the one I posted.

@Yisoto I think I got confused. You just posted a screenshot. Can you please take another one, just of the workout itself? Open Fitbit mobile app, tap on Exercise tile, then tap on the Workout you're interested in and you should see chart like mine. Take a screenshot and post here. Thx.

@Gogybear007 @Yisoto Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I want to follow up and would like to know if your Versa is still tracking a low amount of calories or if the issue got resolved.
In the meantime, please restart your Versa trackers as described in this help article. After this, monitor your trackers during your workouts and see if the calories burned are more accurate.
Thank you so much for your constant help my friend @Marrrmaduke!
See you guys later!

@Gogybear007 Thank you for getting back! I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful: Please try a factory reset, to do so, On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Before this, make sure to sync your Versa.
Finally, monitor your Versa again for 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
