Versa calories inaccurate

I just picked up a new Versa. The last few days when I sync my Fitbit the calories I have burned says 3,900 and once it syncs up with the app it will show that I only burned 2,200 calories, then my Versa will show 2,200 (not the 3900 calories that I've burned) in the morning it will sync up and show over 4k calories 

What's going on with my Versa?

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with your calories information and would like to know if you can provide me with some screenshots of this by following the instructions provided in this post?
