My Versa died on 6/27/20 and I was so sad, it happened with no warning. This is one of the first ones that came out and it lasted well that whole time but I still wasn’t ready for it to be done! I tried all the fixes and nothing worked. There seemed to be moisture bubbles showing on the back in the sensor windows. Note I NEVER once wore this in the water, I had read too many reviews that it isn’t actually waterproof.
in any case, none of the “fixes” worked so I put it in a drawer and adjusted to life without my Versa. A few days ago I just started to look at Garmin Venu Sq and was really close to buying it but had a feeling I should try my Versa again. I plugged it in and the 0% battery flashed on the screen!! Whaaaaaat!! Now it’s 68% charged and synced with my phone and by god I think it has risen from the dead. I am THRILLED I have my Versa again for at least a little while, however long it lasts. So I wanted to share for everyone who has had their Versa suddenly die. Don't give up, maybe it just needs a few months to dry out and it might work again !! Unless you’re in warranty, of course, and just get that sucker replaced then.
that is all!!
