Versa, can't attach the bands

I just posted a message and it is not showing in the community so not sure if it was deleted.  Trying again.  Lots of problems with the Versa 2 set up.  After 3 failed update attempts it finally updated after 2 hours!  Why so long?  Next, trying to attach the band.  3 hours in and I can't get it attached.  Question for Fitbit:  do you take into consideration the end user experience when designing?  I have had 2 other HR Fitbits and enjoyed them but my last one is dying.  Got the Versa for Christmas.  24 hours of trying and I still can't use it.  I think I'll buy something else.  Thanks for letting me vent.

I'm having the same problem.  I got the Versa for Christmas so can't return it.  Very poor design.  Totally useless to me now.  I am going to go buy another type of fit tracker.

Hi @GirlInTraining after reading your message, I'm having a problem trying to figure out what the curent issue you are having is. It sounds like your tracker has been setup.
