Versa can't be found by my phone

When I am trying to turn on my versa it was just showing a logo. And after a day when I restarted it turned on and I reset the versa. Later when I turned on the logo and notification to "Install an app" my screen is moving very slow. Again after 2days when I turned on the logo and the notification on-screen was working fine. But, when I am trying to set up through my mobile, my phone is not finding versa. I tried to log in on other devices too but it is not even showing it as an option to add through Bluetooth. I've restarted my phone and versa many times but still unable to find any solution. Can anyone please suggest or help me how can this issue be resolved?

Hi there @Patnam, thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the connectivity issues you've been having with your Versa, I understand where your concern is coming from, I'll be more than glad to continue assisting you. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for your efforts in trying to fix this issue prior to contacting us.

Please note that the difficulty you are having to set up your Versa usually happens when you perform a factory reset without first unpairing the watch. In order to solve this issue, I'd recommend trying the steps below:

  • Remove your Versa from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa.

If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

On the other hand, please see: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Hi Marre,

Thank you for your reply. I tried with the instructions you suggested. Still, I am unable to sync my mobile Bluetooth with Versa. I tried to sync Bluetooth with these mobile devices i.e., Nokia 7.2, Apple SE, and Mi phone. And I see in the articles you shared that all my 3 phones support Versa. In fact, I previously used my Versa with Mi phone and Apple SE they supported well. I am not sure what's wrong, request you to assist me in resolving this issue.
