I had my iPhone forget my versa device. Now when I open Bluetooth on my phone, it will not find my Versa. Does anyone know what to do?

Open setting on your iphone, choose bluetooth and then it will show a list of devices your phone has been connected to previously. Click on small i icon next to the versa from the list. Choose option forget this device. Quit swtting in iphone.
open fitbit app and now you should be able to pair your versa again.
it worked for me and hope so does for you guys.

I have a Samsung 7 and i have tried all of the above remedys to reconnect my fitbit to my phone with no success. I disconnected from my settings and now i can't find it again on my bluetooth. I have deleted all the other things my phone was connected to, turned my bluetooth on and off, turned my phone on and off numerous times, turned my fitbit off although I didn't reboot it. What is next?

I was having the exact same problem the past couple of days and nothing worked until just now. I googled and was led to a youtube video and it showed me this, all you have to do is swipe right on your versa to the settings menu. scroll down to where it says About, then scroll down again to the Factory reset option. Once I did that my Versa showed up and paired immediately!

Versa lite can’t be found by the Bluetooth on my I phone. It will not sync and update my steps, sleep, and bpm

I have tried all this and my phone still won’t find my Fitbit. My Bluetooth works fine on all other devices
