My Versa can't do the firmware update. My Versa can connect to my WiFi but even when I close the page of WiFi, he disconnect to WiFi. What can I do?

@Jakobien why is it that you need to connect the Versa to wifi?.
Turn on hotspot connect, PC to hotspot, plug the Versa in its powered charger and setup WiFi.
Now anytime the Versa is charging it should look for the phones hotspot.
The only way I can FYI k of doing it is through a pc..
I tried directly with through the phones Fitbit app and the app will not let me.

Simply saying that it won't connect, without exploding what steps are being taken and any errors reported is really not going to help us help you. Are you using the phone or PC to setup wifi?
Is the phone or PC on the same network as the WiFi? The pc can be connected with a wire to the router.
Does the app find the desired Wifi?
Is the desired WiFi compatable with Fitbit. Not all will work.
Does it accept the password?
Have you looked at any of the help docs? They go into more detail then the user manual

I've also tried all troubleshooting remedies suggested including using my phone as a hotspot. Nothing has worked - "Network out of reach" message. This is pretty frustrating and disappointing.

Wow this morning it finaly happend. My watch connected to my wifi and downloaded music from Deezer on its own!
