Versa can't connect to WiFi

I just got a Fitbit Versa and I can’t get the WiFi to connect. It shows up but doesn’t connect. I’ve tried troubleshooting several times with no success. It keeps telling me to move closer to the WiFi router but I’m in the room with the router.

If your Versa isn't connecting to your WiFi, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi? and follow the instructions provide there.
