Hello 

The Fitbit Connect app on my iMac (High Sierra 10.13.5) can't find my Versa over bluetooth.

It would also not allow me to set up my Versa on my Mac. I had to use my iPhone.

How can I connect my Fitbit Versa, or is it not compatible with iMac?

Tech support just told me that only older version of Mac are supported and the newer ones are designed to not work. This is awful as it was not really listed anywhere on their site and since I saw Mac download options I assumed it would work with my Macbook Air. It does not. Now I have to use my bulky PC which I never use anymore just to get music on this device.

That doesn’t help me at all. Time to upgrade your app and firmware for the
watch I would say. In the meantime I guess I’m saving up for an iWatch and
letting people know not to bother with the “latest” Fitbit....
