Versa can't connect to internet or headphones

Can anyone help please, few issues

can not connect to the internet just keeps searching, same for bluetooth connection for headphones find them but will not connect

Trying to connect for update that can't find my phone either!!!! Could it be a fault with the watch? or me doing something wrong?

Restart the watch several times and try again. What phone are you using?
