Hi all, just got my versa today. I got everything synced. I’m just wondering if there is any possibility to display whatsapp messages on versa. I’m currently using Iphone IOS. I can get notifications from whatsapp, but no messages content display, not even a word.
Could anyone help me on this ?!
Thank you.

@Cleopatra_rite It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that you can't see your WhatsApp messages on your Versa. Please check the following settings on your iPhone:
Open the Settings app to review your phone settings.
Confirm or adjust these settings:
After this try to see if you can read WhastApp messages on your Versa.
Let me know how it goes!

I have been trying all the steps below.
But all I am receiving is a notification with a time when I got a new message.
I have no problem with the notification but the messages contents.
Is there anything I have to do with my settings ?

@Cleopatra_rite sorry for the delay in my response. Try refreshing the link between your phone and your Versa. Start by deleting all devices listed on your phone's bluetooth settings then restart your phone and restart your Versa by doing the following:
1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.
After this setup notifications again.
Keep me posted!

This does not work for me. I am getting notifications from apps like gmail, but not Whatsapp. The watch is not useful to me if it cannot support Whatsapp. Please do respond.

@Sanitha Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that you can't get WhatsApp messages on your Versa and for the delay in my reply. Please follow these instructions to properly setup notifications on your phone. If this doesn't work then please try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
Let me know how it goes!

Hi, try the following:
1. Go to notifications
2. Go to text messages and press this and you will get a list of apps that can send notifications to your Versa. Choose Whatsapp, it should be in the list, see: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/85941i1EF6869578A4E5FE/image-size/medium?v... . This image is a screenshot of my Android device.
3. Restart your device and it should be possible to receive Whatsapp messages.
4. If you do not want to give up the text messages, leave it as it was and scroll down to:
5. App notifications, press this and you will get a list of all apps that can send notifications. Scroll down untill you find Whatsapp and choose it as the app.
Mind you though that , by differences in behaviour of Whatsapp on Android or iOS, you'll have to be online on your mobile device all the time you want te receive messages on your Versa. Hope this helps, good luck.

I have the same problem and have tried everything suggested to fix it. The only way I can see preview on my Versa with whatsapp is to turn on the preview on my phone too. I do not want the preview to show on my phone and very frustrated that the charge 3 will show you preview without having it on your phone too! I will be returning my Versa because of this

Go to the Versa settings on your Fitbit app, select Notifications > app notifications > WhatsApp Messenger.
