Versa can't find WiFi networks

Please help! My Versa can't connect to the WiFi. I have force stopped the app, reset my Versa, and updated my fitbit app. Nothing works. In my WiFi screen there are no networks being shown, it says there is a error trying to configure the networks. My weather app is also not working now is there an issue with this app?

Yes, I have tried everything listed on the website, but nothing helped.

@ems12 Is your network 5GHz? Have you tried setting up a different network? Perhaps at your friends place? Just to test it.
