I purchased the Fitbit versa today. I have a galaxy s8+. When I first hooked the watch up I could see my messages and reply. Now when I get a notification where it says open there is a cell phone screen and the message does not appear. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app, I have restored to factory on the watch. Help please

@Jholmes427 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that you aren't getting notifications on your Versa. Have you updated the OS on your phone? You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
