My watch can't syn for many days. And my watch unlock with phone, and my watch can't use Bluetooth to receive any info.  What should I do?

Hi, can you go to settings on your Versa and scroll down to BT and see what it says: off - pairing - on?

Hi, thanks for your reply.
The problem is that my Versa was unlock with phone, like in the attached
pic. And my phone can't detect my Versa since my Versa Bluetooth doesn't
work.
What can I do?
