Versa can’t track bike workouts

When I click the exercise button on my watch, I can click bike but the connected GPS rarely connects. So I go into the app to manually track activity (what’s the point in having the watch), but it only comes up with run and hike? I have all exercise types selected on my watch too?

Hi @JMXCIV, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's connected GPS feature is not working properly. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks GPS data. This article also contains some troubleshooting steps for you to try.

 

Finally, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
