Hi!
My Versa has not been able to track my heart rate properly, when I use an app to check, it's only ranging from 65 - 80BPM when I'm resting. Yet my versa tracks my heart rate over 190BPM. Even when I went to the doctor's to check because it's been going on for a few days and I have been having chest pains. The doctor tells me that my heart rate is okay and within range.
I've even tried restarting and factory resetting it but it still has the same problem. Please help!

Hi @cAngel, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not tracking your heart rate accurately. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know how the factory reset was performed. In the meantime, try a regular restart. To do so, follow the steps listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
