Hi, I removed my Fitbit versa from my iPhone and now the versa itself cannot be accessed as it still is asking for my phone to unlock it. Though I have no option to unlock it from my phone. Resetting the versa doesn’t seem to work either. What could I do? Thanks

Hi there @Airwickscent, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks so much for troubleshooting your Versa prior to contacting us.
If you enter an incorrect PIN code 10 times, you're prompted to unlock your Fitbit device in the Fitbit app. To unlock your device with your phone:
Note that after you reset your PIN code, you must add your cards to Fitbit Pay as if you were setting it up for the first time.
