Versa cannot connect to my computer to transfer music

Alright...well I don't know where to go anymore, but I'm gotten kind of tired not being able to transfer my music to my watch. I've had a Versa for a couple of years and didn't have a problem with it. My network didn't change or anything. I had gotten a replacement because when I tried to factory reset my watch it couldn't finish the set up or deletion because I was trying to get my watch to sync with my computer so I can transfer music and go on walks and runs. I've tried support multiple times and I still can't get it to work. I tried all of their steps. My computer cannot find my watch when it is in transfer mode. So I was thinking that maybe since the installer for fitbit connect is just over 2 years old I thought maybe that's why. The thing is when I go to uninstall it to update it, the only installer available is the one from 2 years ago. At this point I am about to move on with this. I like the watch, but right now it isn't worth it if one of the major functions to me isn't working.
