Versa cant be found by phone to reconnect or sync

My fitbit died yesterday, and after charging it the time was off and the app was still telling me it was at 0%. I tried syncing it repeatedly, turned the versa AND my phone off and on again, turned off and on bluetooth at least 25 times, even tried factory resetting my versa and NOTHING has fixed it.

 

The fitbit app and my phone can only find the versa 1 out of every 10 times I turn things off and back on. I've followed every single guide that even mentions syncing and connectivity, and none of them have fixed it. I'm starting to think it's just time to move on from fitbit...

Mine is not keeping time, is not synching and cannot connect to the app.

Exactly! I've tried everything any of the help topics suggest and nothing has fixed it. I'm glad I'm not the only one
